About Our Founder: Jared McDonald

Jared McDonald is a fourth-generation real estate professional with over 10 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in residential property management and real estate investment, overseeing an estimated real estate portfolio exceeding $140 million in value. Based on his education, licensing, and professional experience, he falls within the top 0.5% of real estate professionals in the United States.*

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Studies and a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Urban Planning, providing a strong academic foundation for property operations, valuation, compliance, and long-term asset management. He has also previously held a Trainee Appraiser license, further grounding his work in real estate valuation principles.

In 2020, Jared served as President of the San Benito County Chamber of Commerce, reflecting his commitment to professional leadership and responsible business practices. He has also held certifications as a Certified Residential Property Manager through the California Apartment Association and as a Certified Property Management Master through the California Association of Realtors.

Raised in a family of small business owners, Jared developed an early understanding of entrepreneurship and operations. His parents founded Java Express, the second drive-through coffee shop in California, and were involved in multiple restaurant and business ventures, shaping his practical approach to business ownership and management.

As a property manager, Jared is known for a steady, disciplined approach to client care. He has navigated complex and high-conflict situations, including extortion attempts and securing restraining orders when necessary, with a consistent focus on documentation, compliance, and protecting client interests.
